The Dragon

The Dragon Pillar sustains the decadent, flexible and rebellious tendencies of you.

Think of consciousness as being organized as a three-fold circuitry, whose power runs alternatively on three pillars: the right-hand pillar as the Lion Pillar, the left-hand pillar as the Dragon Pillar and the pillar in the middle as the Star-Man Pillar.

  1. The Lion / right-hand pillar is electrical (+) in nature. It is where you exercise what you call "free will" and use your words to attempt to manipulate yourself: for example, you may find yourself thinking “I should be healthy by now!”
  2. The Dragon / left-hand pillar is magnetic (-) in nature. It is where you exercise your desire to control and use your words to attempt to manipulate another: for example, you may find yourself thinking "they should recognize me...”
  3. The Star-Man / middle pillar is electro-magnetic (+/-) in nature. It is where you surrender your individual will to "God's" will. When you have had it with the painful fight of the two wills above, you naturally accept to center into integrity – “not my will, Thy will be done!”

The Lion and the Dragon Pillars guard the entrance to your Solomon's Temple, to your inner sanctuary. Solomon means "integrity, entirety, wholeness" and is the state of mind where, no longer divided and/or flipping between Lion and Dragon, you stand firm and centered in the harmony of the Star-Man. Now you are directly connected to the light of the soul.

Here is are a few questions to assist you determine if the Dragon in you might be overbearing:

  • Do you tend to lose yourself and feel at times that you are just too much?
  • Do you have problems with authority and tend to rebel easily?
  • Do you feel at times that a bit of discipline would serve you well?
  • Are you connected to your inner life but have trouble functioning in the "real world?"
